- A: Yes. We offer a free face-to-face consultation to understand your dog's personality and needs.
- Q: How much do you charge?
- A: We charge a basic rate of £15 for a 90 minute walk.
- Q: How many dogs are walked at any one time?
- A: Bone Rangers always walk in small groups or one on one. Please contact us to hear more about what walkers and pooches live in your area.
- Q: How do you arrange picking up and dropping off the dogs?
- A: We will collect your dog from your house at a designated time set by you, and then return them safely after their walk.
- Q: What areas do you cover?
- A: We cover most areas in central and west London, including: Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Bayswater, Shepherd's Bush, Westminster, West End, Pimlico, Victoria, Marylebone, Kennington, Vauxhall, Stockwell, Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Putney, Barnes, Wimbledon, Chiswick, Richmond, Islington, Primrose Hill, Hampstead, Clerkenwell, City, East End, Greenwich, Ealing and Acton.

- Q: Are you police checked?
- A: Yes. All walkers are hand selected and fully checked. If you do require to see copies of our Subject Access forms, please let us know.
- Q: Are you insured?
- A: Yes. Bone Rangers are fully insured by a specialist pet care insurance agency. Please contact us for more information or to see a copy of our insurance certificate.
- Q: Do you do off-hours walking?
- A: Yes. Please contact us for details.
- Q: What is your cancellation policy?
- A: If you have to cancel an appointment, please contact us by telephone giving us at least 24 hours notice.
- Q: What do you do in case of an emergency?
- A: In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. If veterinary assistance is required, we will take your dog to your nominated vet or to the nearest possible one depending on the circumstances.
