Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will I meet my dog walker?
A: Yes. We offer a free face-to-face or telephone consultation to understand your dog's personality and needs. You will then meet your walker before the walks start and have all their contract details in case you need to get hold of them. We also happy to arrange a complimentary trial walk with your walker to make sure that you are 100% happy before you start.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: We charge a basic rate of £15 for a 90 minute walk.
Q: How many dogs are walked at any one time?
A: We mainly walk one-to-one or occasionally in very small groups. Your dog will be given plenty of canine interaction and socialisation when they get to the park. Please contact us to hear more about what walkers and pooches live in your area.
Q: How do you arrange picking up and dropping off the dogs?
A: We will collect your dog from your house at a designated time set by you, and then return them safely after their walk.
Q: How does payment work?
A: We will invoice you every 4 weeks and ask if you can pay by bank transfer or by posting a cheque.
